Once your application package has arrived to our database all documents are prepared for scrutiny. Scrutiny may take up to 10 minute, depending on the number of applicants and you can expect a feedback within 24 hours.
Unclear and small size document may delay the processing of your documents. After you have submitted your application for an Undergraduate program or Master’s program Or PhD ,  you will be notified by email when your documents have been scrutinize and matched with your application.

4. FINAL  STEP

WHEN YOUR APPLICATION ONLINE AND DOCUMENTS ARE ACCEPTED

You will make payment for Invitation letter OR Admission of study,  To    Ukraineducation for the procurement of your admission from the University. When your payment has been confirmed by UKRAINEDUCATION, your document will be submitted by Ukraineducation to the designated University that offer your chosen course of study.

When your Invitation letter of study is ready it shall be forward to you by courier post or to Your Destination country. While Visa support letter and copy of your Invitation letter of study shall be Send to the embassy for the confirmation of your visa processing from Ukraine ministry of Education this guaranty you visa 100%.


Ukraine is one of the cheapest countries to Study at Low Tuition fee in Europe.
The study at the University is not free of charge. Please see Tuition and Fee charges. All international students are obliged to annually buy a medical insurance for the whole period of education and sign an agreement for medical services on arrival, but it doesn’t cost much.
